How to apply

In order to apply for the course, the following documents are to be submitted:
• a completed application form (the form can be downloaded at
anketh-english.pdf)
• a copy of the 1st page of the passport (the copy may be scanned and sent over by e-mail or fax)
• 4 photographs, (size 3 x 4, black and white, without a hat or any other head covering).
